PREREQUISITE: Successful completion of either the Beginner Obedience Course.
This course is designed around families that want to add to the vocabulary their dogs have acquired through the Beginner Course, and wish to continue to strengthen the training their dog has already received.
We will begin to teach “Complex Commands” which is defined as, one word means more than one action: Place = Get on your mat, lay on your mat, and stay on your mat. We will also begin to increase the level of distraction. Teaching the dog to focus on you as the environment gets busy is essential to a happy life with the dog.
During the Intermediate Course, your dog will prepare for their AKC Canine Good Citizen certification "CGC".

TUITION INCLUDES: Includes (4) weekly video instruction sessions and (4) weekly workshop video sessions presented online. You will also be provided a 30’ Long Line.
CLASSES: We encourage anyone who is going to be living with the dog to attend our weekly classes to receive real time coaching from our Professional Trainers in the Training Center. Children are welcome and must be accompanied by an adult. Classes are one hour a week.
