English Bulldog

Winnie and Marsha

What you thought you knew about dog training and behavior is nowhere near what you will learn in “Great Dog Training” at Canine Academy. I had heard my previous manager talking about how much she liked Canine Academy at the “water cooler”, which lead to my story below.

I had very stubborn, get into all kinds of trouble English bulldog puppies, Winnie, and Marsha with different temperaments/personalities. I sought help from Canine Academy after multiple trips to emergency room for Marsha’s shenanigans, and they recommended the off-leash training. After experiencing such dramatic results with Marsha, we had to put Winnie into the off-leash program, and it’s been next level for both dogs. Trust the process, learn the commands and practice a lot. The difference in the training is like “Best Dog in Show” style behavior.

We now have the pleasure of having confident, well-mannered, and most important safe dogs. We have the power of knowledge to control and keep our dogs safe in any environment.

We have taken trips all over with Winnie and Marsha. Combined with joining the custom outings Canine Academy provides and our own travels. Restaurants, beaches, golf courses, hotels, Airbnb’s, Detroit City, and vacation downtowns, etc. It’s so much fun and so enjoyable with “Great Dogs”.

I can only PRAISE, BOOST and RECOMMEND and thank the entire Canine Academy team, their knowledge, their methods in training, and how much it makes a difference in life, for our entire family and most importantly our precious Winnie and Marsha.

With heartfelt thanks,

Charlotte Baird

Nola

Nola is the best dog thanks to Lisa, your very hard working staff and the Canine Academy training. Tonight we had friends over to our house for dinner. Our friend has Cerebral Palsy so his movements are sporadic and his speech is impaired. When our friend came into the house Nola placed on her mat and stayed until released. The rest of the evening Nola was a perfect dog. She was not scared or timid by a person with special needs. Our friend (who doesn’t normally like dogs because dogs react negatively to his disabilities) and his wife were very impressed with Nola’s obedience. Nola can handle new situations with confidence and she isn’t afraid and timid. I finally have a dog who is obedient in all situations and is a pleasure around people.

Thank you!!
